These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlphaSuite Pro products and services. By subscribing to or using AlphaSuite Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
AlphaSuite Pro provides a suite of proprietary technical analysis indicators for the TradingView platform. Indicators are delivered as invite-only scripts and are made available to subscribers based on their subscription plan. AlphaSuite Pro does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or investment services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your indicators until the end of the period for which you have paid. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AlphaSuite Pro indicators on the number of TradingView accounts specified in your plan. You agree not to:
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may result in legal action.
All AlphaSuite Pro indicators, source code, methodology, scoring systems, documentation, branding, and associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of AlphaSuite Pro. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
AlphaSuite Pro indicators are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that indicators will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular trading result. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaSuite Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure, that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, and that AlphaSuite Pro indicators do not guarantee profitable trading results. You accept sole responsibility for all trading decisions made using our indicators.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access AlphaSuite Pro indicators ends immediately. We may also discontinue the service with 30 days notice to subscribers.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
